# Getting Started with Rapidbott CRM

## Rapidbott CRM User Guide

Rapidbott CRM helps your team manage leads, customers, deals, support tickets, follow-ups, tasks, and reports from one workspace. This guide is written for end users who want to learn how to use the product, not for internal engineering reference.

### 1. Getting Started with Rapidbott CRM

Rapidbott CRM is organized around workspaces. When you open the product, you are working inside a specific workspace, and everything you do belongs to that workspace.

#### What you can do in Rapidbott CRM

With Rapidbott CRM, you can:

* manage sales pipelines
* track support tickets
* organize contacts and companies
* assign follow-ups and tasks
* automate repeated actions
* review dashboard insights and reports
* use AI tools to understand what needs attention

#### First-time setup checklist

When using Rapidbott CRM for the first time, the recommended setup flow is:

1. sign in or open your workspace
2. create your first pipeline or use a template
3. add or import contacts
4. add your first deal or ticket
5. assign follow-up work
6. review the dashboard
7. configure workflows if needed

#### Main navigation

The main navigation usually includes:

* Pipelines
* Contacts
* Companies
* Activities
* Dashboard
* Reports

You can also access settings and AI Copilot from the header area.

#### Access and workspace entry

Depending on how your business uses the CRM, you may enter through:

* direct workspace access
* a secure verification flow
* a shared workspace link
* a signed launch flow
* an embedded or integrated product experience

If your workspace uses a verification step, complete that before continuing into the CRM.
