# Mini App Integration, Shared Access, and Help for Users

Rapidbott CRM includes a native integration built for Rapidbott workspaces.

#### Rapidbott CRM Mini App Integration

The Rapidbott CRM Mini App Integration helps users manage chatbot contacts, pipelines, tasks, and follow-ups inside a CRM experience built for Rapidbott workspaces.

It is designed for teams who want to move chatbot-driven customer activity into a structured CRM workflow without leaving the Rapidbott platform experience.

At a high level, the integration helps users:

* open the CRM in the correct workspace context
* move chatbot contacts into CRM workflows
* find existing CRM records for a contact or user
* create new CRM records from chatbot-related activity
* move records to the correct stage when work progresses

#### Where users can get it

The Rapidbott CRM Mini App can be installed from the Dashboard Mini App Store.

#### What users need during installation

During installation, users must provide the Workspace ID for the Rapidbott workspace where they want to install and use the CRM Mini App.

Users can find the Workspace ID inside Workspace Settings.

#### Detailed integration guide

For the full installation flow, eligibility rules, available actions, login behavior, and usage guidance, create a separate GitBook page for this integration using:
